Live Presence can integrate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Version 4 and higher, BDC Software, and other major CRM, ERP and DMS applications including Reynolds and Reynolds and ADP.
Live chat transcripts and call back requests can be added to supported applications with a click of a button directly from the Live Presence Client. You can assign live chat sessions to existing leads/accounts/contacts or create new ones directly from Live Presence. This enables seamless integration for users to view a complete history of live chat sessions from within supported applications.
Click-to-call-back requests can also be added to Microsoft CRM system and BDC Software as new, open, or new interaction.
You can select any visitor from the live visitor view and send their details to the CRM system. This is useful when you see a potential customer on your site.
You can view the full CRM record directly within the Live Presence Client for visitors who already have a Microsoft CRM ID.
New prospects detected by Live Presence can be automatically added to Microsoft CRM system in real time by the Live Presence server.
