When a visitor starts a chat session, Live Presence will detect the language from the visitor's browser settings. If the language used by the visitor differs from the language defined by your Live-Presence operator, then the visitor will be asked if they would like to use translation. Just that simple!
Your Live-Presence operator can choose to enable or disable chat translation for the whole, or part of the chat session. Both the original and translated chat text is show to both the visitor and operator and is stored in the database for future viewing. Open a whole new dynamic on your web site, perfect for markets areas with diverse populations.


Operators can be chatting to multiple visitors at the same time all with different languages, incredibly easy to implement in your contact center.
